Abstract
In this work debatable in a science questions of balance of categories "supervision" and "control" are analyzed . Thus the author considers control and supervisory activity in a sphere of education as government elements in this area. The author analyzes such aspects of realization of control and supervisory activity in a sphere of education, as problem aspects of interaction of the regulatory acts regulating the given kind of public relations, features of realization of several kinds of control and supervisory activity in the analyzed segment.
